摘要: The complexity of the tumour microenvironment encompasses interactions between cancer and stromal cells. Moving from 2D cell culture methods into 3D models enables more-accurate investigation those interactions. Current focus on spheroid interaction with cells, such as fibroblasts. However, over recent years, immune environment has been shown to have a major role in progression. This review summarises state-of-art immunocompetent that, addition also incorporate including monocytes, cancer-associated macrophages, dendritic neutrophils lymphocytes.
