An independent Ukraine: Sustainable or unsustainable development?

摘要: Abstract In this paper the current problems of socio-economic development, such as population loss, public health, and others, in independent Ukraine are presented analyzed. Their main causes identified follows: extensive type economic absence clear, sustainable goals appropriate programs, high level corruption, general socio-cultural (moral) crisis, passive civil position society, lack democracy, inadequacy institutions, for example, higher education system. The contemporary social capital development inefficiency science institutions examined.
