摘要: In this paper the development of socio-economic and energy sectors in Ukraine is analyzed since its independence major roots systemic crisis these are identified. The specific policy regulations, i.e. institutional (integrated accounting auditing, eco-cities, environmental regulation, training programmes), economic (“green” tax, correct pricing, investments science education) technological (eco-efficiency, renewable energy) suggested to approach security general sustainability Ukraine. core social (crime unemployment rate, gap between rich poor, number volunteers, quality education), (resource efficiency goods/services) (biodiversity state) indicators proposed measure progress development.
