摘要: Modified CaTiO 3 (CTO) ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state method. The samples belong to Pbnm spatial group, showing an orthorhombic structure. microwave dielectric properties of Ca[(Li 1/3 Nb 2/3 ) x Ti 1−x ]O 3−δ for ball-milled with ratio 2.4 balls/g, which calcinated at 900°C (during 5h) and sintered 1000°C 3h) investigated. permittivity decreased decreasing titanium amount.
