Microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of Ca[Ti1−x(Mg1/3Nb2/3)x]O3 ceramics

摘要: Abstract Microwave dielectric ceramics of Ca[Ti 1− x (Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 ) ]O 3 (  = 0.40–0.70) were prepared by solid-state reaction method. The microwave properties, such as constants, Q  ×  f values and τ (temperature coefficient resonant frequency) studied a function composition sintering temperature. In all the range, sintered have orthorhombic perovskite structure in which lattice parameters increase with increasing . substitution Mg for Ti promotes grain growth. With from 0.40 to 0.70, constant decreases 62.97 41.56, value increases 12,213 29,428 GHz, 92.6 −12.6 ppm/°C. A near-zero was achieved at  = 0.65 44.24 28,340 GHz. change is related variation tolerance factor, influences tilting oxygen octahedra structure.
