摘要: Twenty C57 black mice received an injection of 40 mg/kg sodium iodate through the caudal vein. The electroretinograms (ERGs) were recorded before and after injection. Flash stimuli with maximum illuminance, 30,000 lux, given at increasing levels illuminance in 0.6 log U steps for 13 intensity. a- b-wave amplitudes increased linearly stimulus intensity approximately 5.0 being saturated. four hours injection, intensity-amplitude curve shifted toward higher region. It was calculated that sensitivity loss 2.0 U, although amplitude larger peak latency delayed. same results seen less obviously ERGs 48 hr After 96 hr, both waves greatly attenuated even abolished. At time recorded, histopathologic findings exhibited severe damage retina pigment epithelium outer layer.
