摘要: Purpose: To determine possible mechanisms that shape the negative electroretinograms (ERGs) in rats with photoreceptor degeneration induced by destruction of retinal pigment epithelium. Methods: Sprague-Dawley (n = 48) were injected intravenously 60 mg/kg sodium iodate (NaIO3). Full-field ERGs elicited different stimulus intensities a maximum luminance 1.23 log cd-s/m2 and recorded at 6 hr on days 7, 14, 28 after NaIO3 injections.
