摘要: Noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs), especially microRNA (miRNA) and long noncoding RNA (lncRNA), have an impact on a variety of important biological processes during colon adenocarcinoma (COAD) progression. This includes chromatin organization, transcriptional posttranscriptional regulation, cell-cell signaling. The aim this study is to identify the ncRNA-regulated modules that accompany progression COAD analyze their mechanisms, in order screen potential prognostic biomarkers for COAD. An integrative molecular analysis was carried out crosstalks gene between different stages, as well essential ncRNAs regulation these modules. 31 ncRNA regulatory were found be significantly associated with overall survival patients. 17 (in which played roles) had improved predictive ability patient compared only mRNAs those modules, enriched core cancer hallmark pathways closer interactions. These suggest ncRNAs' not exhibit close relation but also reflect dynamic significant crosstalk genes malignant extent
