摘要: In this article, based on the Euler-Bernoulli hypothesis, linear and nonlinear free vibration analysis of a microbeam subjected to symmetric electrostatic field is investigated by using differential quadrature method (DQM). analysis, geometric nonlinearity microbeam, which performs as midplane stretching effect, fringing effect are considered simultaneously. numerical calculation, amplitude frequency response curves for obtained. The effects some related parameters discussed.
