摘要: The effect of ambient air humidity on surface acoustic waves (SAW) in graphite oxide-lithium niobate structures was investigated. wave amplitude and phase strongly depended the level with oxide films deposited free substrate surface. These dependencies were significantly reduced a metalized Fast (sub-second range) response to step-like changes observed. Humidity-induced variations SAW velocity are attributed acoustoelectric interaction mass loading due moisture adsorption by layers.
