摘要: Abstract: STIs (Sexually Transmitted Infections) are diseases which is transmitted through sexual contact (oral, vaginal, anal) with an infected person. WHO (World Health Organization) in 2001 estimated STI patients around the world as much 340 million people. This research uses descriptive retrospective study November 2012 to January 2013 where conducted department of dermatology clinic at Prof.Dr.R.D.Kandou General Hospital, Manado. The sample a new who come for treatment that had microbiological laboratory examination such direct and gram staining examination. Based on data collected from 163 IMS trichomonas only one patient was found positive result 38 years old female. stain examination, 83 were results. pseudohyphae, 24 (14,7%) 18 them females 11 age group 20-29 years. Among there 10 (6,1%) results bacilli, seven among all groups. For negative bacilli obtained patients, 15 most 9 (5,5%) diplococcus, 8 males highest number diplococcus 16 (9,8%) presence increasing every year due lack attention healthy centers knowledge about causes consequences STIs. socialization adolescence's sex education important preventions. Keywords: Sexually Infection, Disease Abstrak: (Infeksi Menular Seksual) adalah penyakit yang menular melalui hubungan seksual dengan orang telah terinfeksi. pada tahun memperkirakan penderita diseluruh dunia sebanyak juta orang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif retrospektif waktu bulan sampai Januari dilaksanakan di Poliklinik Kulit dan Kelamin RSUP Prof.Dr.R.D.Kandou, Sampel pasien baru datang berobat menjalani pemeriksaan laboratorium mikrobiologi langsung pewarnaan gram. Berdasarkan diambil dari dilakukan untuk trikomonas didapati satu hasilnya positifyaitu perempuan usia tahun. Dari didapatkan hasil positif.
