摘要: Seven couples underwent combined electroejaculation and in vitro fertilization for anejaculatory infertility after a failed regimen of intrauterine insemination. Two pregnancies resulted, one proceeding to term vaginal delivery ending 6-week spontaneous abortion. Poor sperm binding no were seen two the couples. Fertilization oocytes but subsequent pregnancy other three Combined gamete intrafallopian transfer was performed four The combination offers opportunity evaluate female pelvis, observe sperm-oocyte interaction, achieve with infertility.
