摘要: Spin reorientation phenomena in Fe/Nd multilayered films are investigated by neutron diffraction and magnetization measurements. Average magnetic moments of the Fe Nd layers estimated at various temperatures presence applied fields. In field 9.4 kOe, no spin is observed layer even 24 K. contrast, shows reorientation. weaker fields, both layers. These facts indicate that perpendicular anisotropy a main origin
