摘要: The provisioning of software has shifted towards a service model, where applications are hosted, metered, and billed through platforms rather than being sold as on-premise software. These services can exhibit network effects, which self-enforcing effects value generation. They describe the interdependency or platform value, consumption, third party provisioning. Service need to be designed incite these effects. We propose design theory is based on operator’s authority key factor for controlling influencing stakeholders in around different control modes. As method, we conceptual modeling language supports with staged areas authority, process flows well methods. present rationale behind language, discuss its application, testable hypotheses an empirical evaluation.
