摘要: We studied pulmonary haemodynamics in 34 patients with idiopathic fibrosis (IPF). The diagnosis was established clinically and confirmed by a lung biopsy 13 subjects. At rest hypertension found 21 patients, the mean artery pressure (PPA) for group being 23.8 +/- 7.7 mmHg (means SD). In 19 subjected to steady-state physical exercise, PPA rose from 23.1 40.3 16.6 arterial oxygen tension (PaO2) fell 77.7 10.1 62.5 14.3 mmHg. There significant correlation between rise fall PaO2 on exercise. no referred barometric at function data, except weak PaO2. However, transmural correlated more strongly PaO2, additional VC, FEV1, compliance were found. Our results suggest that intravascular IPF are affected not only anatomical restriction of vasculature alveolar hypoxia but also negative intrathoracic pressure.
