摘要: The paper reviews the goals of stormwater management adopted in Adelaide and declares a focus on harvesting to replace mains water irrigating areas landscaped with grass, flower beds shrubs. Four categories catchments are recognised according their levels pollution production - roof runoff “low”, “medium” “high” surfaces. case study examples systems involving appropriate treatment trains described, each one delivering harvested suitable for irrigation. Two given large draining gravel-filled trenches providing “passive” irrigation grassed surfaces two from ground-level supplying cleansed recharge small aquifer storage/recovery schemes.
