摘要: The co-curing process for advanced grid-stiffened (AGS) composite structure is a promising manufacturing process, which could reduce the cost, augment advantages and improve performance of AGS structure. An improved method named soft-mold aided replaces expansion molds by whole rubber mold adopted in this paper. This capable to co-cure typical with manufacturer’s recommended cure cycle (MRCC). Numerical models are developed evaluate variation temperature degree during process. simulation results were validated experimental obtained from embedded sensors.
