摘要: Toughened epoxy resin is one of the most important matrices in composite structural materials. In this article a one-dimensional flow/fiber compaction model was used for analysis consolidation toughened 5228/T700S carbon fiber laminates. The laminate thickness and volume fraction distribution cured laminates under different cure cycles were investigated both from experimental measurements numerical simulation. calculated results are good agreement all studied cases. A significantly uneven degree along direction observed, it difficult to improve by altering cycle. These valuable study performance parts, provided that fibers does affect some properties
