摘要: The cultivation of the PCNA (pollination-constant and non-astringent)-type persimmon is advantageous because its natural loss astringency on tree. We previously found RFLP markers linked to dominant alleles controlling PCNA/non-PCNA trait showed that genotype could be distinguished from non-PCNA by these in breeding populations. In this study, were investigated with 33 cultivars. All cultivars except for Chinese 'Luo Tian Shi', had identical banding pattern, whereas exhibited many polymorphic bands. Thus, we distinguish Japanese origin analysis, although Shi' was mistakenly classified as a type. These results suggest marker system applied ones.
