摘要: Four molecular markers, including inter-retrotransposon amplified polymorphism (IRAP), retrotransposon-microsatellite (REMAP), sequence-specific (SSAP), and fragment length (AFLP), were compared in terms of their informativeness efficiency for analysis genetic relationships among 28 genotypes the genus Diospyros. The results as follows: (1) highest level detected observed IRAP; (2) AFLP was most efficient marker system due to simultaneous detection abundant markers per single reaction; (3) index (MI) value lower SSAP than AFLP, but had a higher AFLP; (4) correlation coefficients similarity statistically significant all four systems; (5) yielded similar phylogenetic trees. To our knowledge, this first detailed report comparison performance three retrotransposon-based (IRAP, REMAP, SSAP) technique (DNA-based marker) on set samples provide guidance future use these methods
