摘要: Abstract ‘Luotian-tianshi’ (Diospyros kaki Thunb.), which has been geographically distributed only in Dabieshan Mountain around the junction of Hubei, Henan and Anhui Province central China, is believed to be first PCNA (pollination-constant non-astringent) persimmon native China. An informative scenario about genetic diversity phylogenetic relationships this cultivar still lacking. To understand diversity, we have effectively utilized ISSR IRAP markers predict differences among 43 genotypes collected from three major producing areas A total number 280 amplicons were observed ranging between 250 2000 bp using markers. (100%) revealed a higher polymorphism than (97.33%). On basis cluster analysis UPGMA dendrogram, that case clustered into two clusters, whereas main clusters obtained by IRAP, indicating existed some could potential germplasms because significant differences, like Acc11, Acc36, Acc40 Acc41. was group rather single cultivar, mutation crossover might happened evolution.
