摘要: Abstract Primula heterochroma Stapf. is an endemic plant to the north of Iran. In this study, 24 individuals and combinations ISSR IRAP markers were used for evaluation genetic diversity among 50 P. accessions. Analysis polymorphic bands using simple matching coefficient indicated that similarity ranged from 0.39 0.95. Among marker tested, had higher mean values parameters. The results UBC873, UBC817, TOS-2 UBC813 + UBC815 primers most informative which could be assess wild primrose cluster analysis with UPGMA method separated accessions into six main groups.
