摘要: We investigated the hierarchical genetic structure of SSR (simple sequence repeats) and cpDNA (chloroplast DNA) polymorphisms among within populations Primula sieboldii , a heterostylous clonal herb. Seven out eight at study site, located in mountainous region Nagano Prefecture, had each developed alongside different stream, other occurred on flat area 70 m from nearest stream. The magnitude differentiation streamside maternally inherited (Φ Φ = 0.341) was much higher than that biparentally SSRs 0.011). This result suggests seed dispersal streams restricted, pollen primary agent gene flow populations. In contrast, subpopulations were low both markers 0.053 for cpDNA, 0.025 SSR). compared with suggest occur along stream probably during flooding. hypothesis supported by fact haplotypes, no clear detected population, while significant found 20 nonstreamside population. Furthermore, populations, two pairs ramets identical multilocus genotypes loci distantly (> 50 m) distributed same streamside, suggesting propagule.
