摘要: The present invention provides a method for assessment of the Microsatellite Instability (MSI) status medically relevant conditions associated with MSI phenotype such as e.g. neoplastic lesions. is based on analysis monomorphic T25 (CAT25) mononucleotide repeat located in 3′-UTR Caspase 2 (CASP2) gene. Based determination length named presence or absence may be assessed. Determination performed single PCR procedure. Alternatively an enhanced could by combining CAT25 marker further markers BAT25 and BAT26 multiplex process.
