摘要: This paper, a condensed report of the present state work in Public Facility Location Task (formerly Normative Modeling Task) at IIASA, has three main aims: first, to build general framework for location problems; second, use this unify existing models; and, third, develop new, more general, and meaningful models. Suggestions are also given on how introduce multiple services time periods problems. The multiactivity dynamic models that perspective generates is subject future research Task. first part paper gives nontechnical description proposed analyzing second will describe mathematical static, single-service, facility problems their possible extensions improvements, appear next issue.
