摘要: AbstractPurpose: To evaluate serum levels of visfatin, resistin and adiponectin in patients with erosive (E) non-erosive (NE) osteoarthritis (OA) the hand (HOA) compared to normal controls (NC).Methods: 94 outpatients E HOA NE 21 NC were enrolled. The radiological assessment both hands was performed according Kellgren–Lawrence Kallman score. Patients divided into two subsets (lone or generalized OA) based on clinically OA involvement knee hip. Serum determined by ELISA assay.Results: Visfatin significantly higher comparison group. Resistin showed a significant increase groups versus NC, particular OA.
