摘要: A method and composition for an improved treatment of human renal osteodystrophy, comprising the administration 6-40 mcg/d (micrograms per day) 24,25(OH)₂D₃ in combination with amounts 1-alpha(OH)D₃ or 1,25(OH)₂D₃ DHT₂, which will maintain serum patients calcium concentration at 10-11 mg/dl (milligrams deciliter) phosphate 5.5-6.0 numerical multiplication product x not more than 60-65.
