摘要: Objective: The objective of this paper is to report the implementation and assessment Comskil Training Curriculum at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Method: Twenty-eight attending physicians surgeons participated in communication skills training modules as part a train-the-trainer program. Doctors were video recorded clinical consultations with patients two times before after training, resulting 112 recordings for analysis. Recordings coded using Coding System. Results: Communication related six major skill sets, Establishing Consultation Framework Checking, increased following training. Limited changes emerged three while one set, Shared Decision Making, did not change. who attended more had higher levels Female participants demonstrated frequently than males post-training.
