摘要: A 19-year-old woman with a medical history of depressive mood arrived and was treated lamotrigine at 25 mg/day. On day 10, high fever 39.3 °C diffuse, erythematous, pruritic full-body rash involving the palms her hands soles feet developed, she diagnosed Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS). 17, white blood cell count (WBC) result 1,240/μl 54.1% neutrophils (670/μl), WBC decreased to 840/μl 60.7% (510/μl) on 18.
