摘要: The potential role of endogenous triglyceride in bovine oocyte maturation and preimplantation development has been investigated. Bovine immature oocytes were recovered from abattoir-derived ovaries, matured fertilised vitro the zygotes grown to blastocyst stage SOFaaBSA. Methyl palmoxirate (MP) blocks oxidation fatty acids by inhibiting mitochondrial carnitine palmitoyltransferase A. exposed MP during maturation, embryo culture assessed terms oxygen consumption embryos a 4-6 hr incubation period presence as formation cell number. Immature had reduced capacity form blastocysts after fertilisation; same effect was apparent, but lesser extent, development.
