摘要: Abstract The oocyte is very vulnerable to changes in its microenvironment – the ovarian follicular fluid. Changes this may be caused by either adverse maternal metabolic health or diet. Maternal disorders, such as obesity type II diabetes, and also a negative energy balance, have been associated with serum fluid composition are proposed potential risk factors for fertility failure, possibly through reduced embryo quality. For example, lipolysis-linked elevated nonesterified fatty acid concentrations shown result decreased developmental competence an altered subsequent quality metabolism. This chapter focuses on relation between diet composition, emphasis acids. We furthermore describe consequences
