摘要: This unit describes two simple and straightforward microassays that can be used to measure the levels of NO(2)(-) O(2)(-), respectively are generated by a small number immunologically-stimulated macrophages. Detection these products may identify cytokine(s), microbe(s), or microbial products(s) regulate oxidative metabolism effector activity. Although other reliable sensitive methods available for assaying metabolites, described here require little time, technical expertise, materials. It is not clear at present whether human monocytes/macrophages also produce NO(2)(-). These protocols therefore restricted mouse
