摘要: Abstract A new series of sheelite structured (Na 0.5 Ln )MoO 4 (Ln=Nd and Ce) ceramics was prepared by using the traditional solid state reaction method. The Nd ceramic could be well densified at 760 °C with excellent microwave dielectric properties (a permittivity ~10.5, a quality factor Q × f ~19,605 GHz ( =9.15 GHz) temperature coefficient frequency (TCF or τ )~ −49 ppm/ o C). Meanwhile, Ce sintered 780 °C possessed best ~11.2, value 19,365 GHz =8.98 GHz) TCF approximately −44 ppm/ °C. found to chemically compatible Ag electrode its sintering temperature. It is promising material for low-temperature co-fired technology (LTCC). However, react after co-firing 2 h this limited application in LTCC technology.
