Electric and optical properties of Er3+- and Er3+/Yb3+-modified PSN-PMN-PT crystals

摘要: Abstract PSN-PMN-PT, Er 3+ -, and /Yb -modified PSN-PMN-PT crystals were grown by using the flux method. The effects of modification on crystal structure, electric, optical properties investigated. Phase structure all was determined as a pure perovskite XRD. dielectric along [100]-orientation enhanced significantly, P r increased from 24.2 to 30.99 28.5 μC/cm 2 , respectively modification. specific absorption at UV-VIS-NIR band strong green red UC PL 980 nm laser excitation observed in - crystals. emission mechanisms these modified also discussed.
