摘要: Abstract Phase transitions and thermal-expansion behavior were investigated in (001) -cut 0.69Pb(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 −0.31PbTiO (PMN-31PT) single crystals under different stress temperature conditions. At room temperature, moderate is found to induce monoclinic (M A ) → rhombohedral (R) transition, whereas high promotes rhombohedral (R) → orthorhombic (O) transition. The transition of the sample during heating considerably more complex than cooling. These are associated with a change local symmetry based on model stress-induced polarization rotation. Thermal expansion strongly depends stress. Under 14 MPa, displays linear-contraction behavior, large contraction coefficient α = −17 × 10 −6 K −1 obtained within wide range (from 110 °C).
