摘要: The optically controlled tunability of ferroelectric materials is great interest for use in advanced multifunctional devices. Here, we report the effects laser with visible (532 nm) and near-infrared (808 980 nm) wavelengths on polarization electrical properties [001]-oriented 6Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3-61Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-33PbTiO3 (6PSN-61PMN-33PT) crystal. Our results show that irradiation increases dielectric piezoelectric this crystal, their increment strongly dependent wavelength power incident light. Compared poled crystals, unpoled crystals are more sensitive to light illumination, a large approximately 104% (er ≈ 5600) obtained at ambient temperature using 808 nm irradiation. illuminated crystal good stability, which reverse when off.
