摘要: Perovskite-type Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3–PbTiO3 single crystals have been obtained by the top-seeded solution growth technique. The structure type and phase purity were verified X-ray diffraction analyses. Crystals with morphotropic boundary compositions can be grown from nominal material PT content in range of 0.50–0.53. dielectric spectra as-grown present normal ferroelectric behavior. temperature maximum constant PSN–PT is determined to 500.15–562.15 K. And depolarization 478.15–415.15 K, which higher than Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–PbTiO3 Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3–PbTiO3 crystals. At room temperature, hysteresis loops (001)-oriented are well developed. remanent polarization detected for x = 0.52, it 37 µC cm−2 coercive field being 5 kV cm−1. piezoelectric coefficients at value 1420 pC N−1 composition 0.515, among reported results.
