摘要: Transmission distortion is identified as a difference in transmission frequency of two alleles from the normal 1:1 Mendelian segregation diploid organisms. can extend over part or all chromosome. The recent development interspecific mouse backcrosses has provided powerful method for multilocus mapping entire chromosomes single cross, and consequently identifying distortions allelic inheritance. We used an backcross [(C57BL/6J x Mus spretus)F1 C57BL/6J] mice to map molecular loci chromosome 2 had previously found that distal region showed now report five (Actc-1, D2Hgu1, His-1, Hox-4.1 Neb) 2, which, addition Abl, Ada, B2m, Bmp-2a, Hc, Emv-15, Fshb, Hck-1, Pax-1, Pck-1, Spna-2 Vim mapped our backcross, serve markers measure inheritance along approximately 75% 2. Statistical analyses are identify delimit chromosomal regions showing determine whether there sex-specific differences These studies provide evidence suggest biological explanations this form distortion.
