摘要: F(1) backcrosses involving the DDK and C57BL/6 inbred mouse strains show transmission ratio distortion at loci on two different chromosomes, 11 X. Transmission chromosome X is restricted to female offspring while that present in of both sexes. In this article we investigate whether inheritance alleles one independent other. A strong nonrandom association between chromosomes found among male offspring, assortment occurs offspring. We also provide evidence mechanism by which phenomenon involves preferential cosegregation nonparental chromatids second meiotic division, after ova has been fertilized a sperm bearing Y chromosome. These observations confirm influence segregation during meiosis, indicate locus or are involved instance drive.
