摘要: Abstract In this study, a direct visualization technique was applied to the determination of hetero-enzyme co-encapsulated in pores mesoporous silicas solution. Lipase and trypsin modified with fluorescent dyes, used as model enzymes, were at same instant two kinds – FSM-22 SBA-15 pore diameters 4.2 7.1 nm, respectively. A observation composite materials silica by combination differential interference contrast fluorescence microscopy revealed that enzymes uniformly dispersed throughout particles silicas, because successful incorporation enzymes. Moreover, lipase mesopores maintained their enzymatic activities hydrolysis reactions substrates (triglyceride casein, respectively), without loss due structural degradation.
