摘要: Abstract A novel chemiluminescence immunoassay was developed, in which two monoclonal antibodies recognised different epitopes of staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB) using HRP-functionalised mesoporous silica nanoparticle (MSN) as label. The enzyme-functionalised MSN fabricated by co-immobilizing HRP and anti-SEB onto the surface simultaneously glutaraldehyde linkage. Because large area carriers increased amount proportion between enzyme antibody molecules on were optimised, conjugates provided a much higher signal. This is an improvement over traditional sandwich often has one or per antibody. analysis showed linear response within range 0.01–1 ng mL −1 ( r = 0.9967), detection limit (DL) 4 pg mL (3σ). approach successfully demonstrated simple, cost-effective, sensitive method to detect SEB milk, water serum samples.
