摘要: Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms are common lesions with the potential of harbouring/developing a pancreatic cancer. An accurate evaluation intraductal high-resolution imaging techniques and endoscopic ultrasound is mandatory in order to identify patients worthy either surgical treatment or surveillance. In this review, diagnosis management discussed specific focus on current guidelines. Areas uncertainty also discussed, as there controversies related optimal indications for surgery, surveillance protocols discontinuation.
