摘要: Contingency analysis is one of the major components in power system security analysis. Hydro-Quebec has a long interest on-line real-time based monitoring system. As early as 1982, first operational tool to provide dynamic transfer limits was put operation control center. Over several decades, more sophisticated and complicated tables were integrated into called LIMSEL. In 1989, network software known LASER service. This includes state estimator post-contingency paper briefly describes experiences contingency both off-line aspects at Hydro-Quebec. Challenges improvements arising from practice are also discussed.
