摘要: Dynamic equilibria involving ion exchange and/or hydrophobic interactions combined with postcolumn detection can be used for the sensitive and precise determination of a wide variety metal ions. Conventional high-performance chromatographic instrumentation such analyses, recently we have examined some practical aspects this approach to metal-ion determinations. This paper summarizes these results along earlier data in an effort provide balanced perspective associated advantages pitfalls. Factors discussed include: eluent purity; effect eluents on selectivity; limitations construction materials corrosion system; column stability; performance dynamic static (permanently coated) system.
