摘要: A substantial demand currently exists for analytical methods affording the determination of very low concentrations analytes in complex matrices, such as those environmental and biological samples, simply possible. However, pretreatment which is unavoidable prior to CE-MS analysis, usually complicated time-consuming. In this work, we used voltage-assisted SPE first time an alternative conventional treatments preconcentrating purifying analytes. To end, a simple flow system coupled on-line equipment. The quite robust provides reproducible peak areas (the precision ranges from 2.5 3.8%). Also, it increased sensitivity trace amounts (nanogram per liter levels) only few milliliters sample. proposed was applied members two compound families (viz. tetracyclines amines).
