摘要: The transport properties, namely mobility, conductivity, and charge carrier concentration of three model polymers, regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) (RRPHT), poly(p-phenylene vinylene) (PPV), a polyazomethine (PAM) are investigated by extraction in linearly increasing voltage. We have numerically modeled the transients including Gaussian distribution localized states typical Poole-Frenkel-type field-dependent mobility observed these materials, good agreement with measured values is obtained. From our calculation we can determine reason for found that release time from states, ${\ensuremath{\tau}}_{R}$ very important RRPHT PPV, while PAM governed stochastic transport.
