摘要: Abstract The nano-TiO 2 electrode with a p–n homojunction device was designed and fabricated by coating of the Fe 3+ -doped TiO (p-type) film on top (n-type) film. These films were prepared from synthesized sol–gel samples which verified as anatase nano-size particles. semiconductor characteristics p-type n-type demonstrated current–voltage ( I – V ) measurements. Results show that rectifying curves undoped sample observed data illustration for both films. In addition, shapes influenced fabrication conditions films, such doping concentration metal ions, thermal treatments. Moreover, heating at different temperatures produced analyzed From analysis, current this junction diode has 10 mA order higher than greater performance electronic properties electrode.
