摘要: Abstract Two kinds of iron (III)-doped TiO2 powders photocatalysts were prepared by even doping and uneven methods, characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), TEM, UV–vis spectroscopy photoelectron spectroscopy. The photocatalytic activities TiO2-based nanoparticles evaluated the rate methyl orange oxidation. doped Fe unevenly are composite having junction n-type undoped with p-type evenly, was shown to have a much higher photocatlytic destruction than that evenly TiO2.
