摘要: Finding the setpoints of heater temperatures such that sheet will achieve desired temperature at end heating cycle is known as inverse problem (IHP) in thermoforming. Although a major portion heat transferred from oven to by radiation, conduction and convection also have significant contribution heating. This makes more complex. In addition, IHP often ill-posed thermoforming process, making solution unstable. this paper, conjugate gradient method used solve control temperature. developing method, computational cost considered it can be implemented real-time algorithm controller. The performance proposed for solving IHP, thereby corresponding controller, are tested simulation different operating conditions compared with conventional based on pseudo-inverse view factor matrix. efficiency estimation accuracy controller evidenced results, showing promise prospective applications.
