摘要: Abstract The effect of low-energy electron irradiation on the properties Bi-based superconductors is studied. Two sets polycrystalline (Bi, Pb)-2212 samples were synthesized by heating appropriate mixtures powders at 840 °C for 100 h, then quenched or furnace cooled to room temperature. irradiated (1–10 keV), pulsed (20 ns) beam up a dose 6.2×10 15 cm −2 . X-ray diffraction patterns, resistance-temperature behaviours, critical currents, and micrographs examined before after irradiation. For samples, normal state resistance increases T c drastically decreases with furnace-cooled first improves about 1.7×10 , drops down further At high levels doses, super conducting parameters degrade vanish due increased samples. We propose that causes ionizations may alter oxygen hole concentrations as well pining centers links between grains leading changes reported here.
